1 General Introduction

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Process

Providing accurate and complete personal information is mandatory when opening an account with 55bd. Providing false or incomplete information may result in the account being suspended or terminated and all available funds being forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. You will be personally responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Verification

55bd may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. 55bd reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete. This is for the security of your funds.

3.4 Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please ensure you withdraw your available balance before closure. In cases of terms violation, 55bd reserves the right to close an account without prior notice.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Minimum Limits

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each payment method).
  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
  • Standard withdrawals are processed within 1 hour.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

55bd currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit. To withdraw any bonus funds, the associated wagering requirements must be met. 55bd reserves the right to review the withdrawal process for any suspicious transaction.

4.4 Fund Security

55bd is committed to keeping user funds secure. Every transaction is completed using SSL encryption technology. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited — you must use a method registered in your own name.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

55bd offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Specific wagering requirements must be met to receive this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example, receiving a ৳1,000 bonus will require ৳25,000 in bets before withdrawal. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is met.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

  • Each account may claim each promotional offer only once.
  • Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.
  • Each bonus has its own validity period; unused bonuses will expire at the end of that period.
  • 55bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • Bonuses may be forfeited if unusual betting patterns are detected.

5.4 VIP Program

55bd's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback rewards are available at each tier: up to 0.2% for Bronze, up to 0.5% for Silver, up to 0.8% for Gold and up to 1.0% weekly cashback for Platinum. Tier progression depends on playing activity and consistency. 55bd reserves the right to modify VIP terms and conditions.

6 Fair Play and Security

6.1 Fair Play Policy

9 Limitation of Liability

  • Force majeure events such as natural disasters, government restrictions or other uncontrollable circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 55bd's total liability will never exceed the actual amount you deposited in the most recent 30 days.

10 Service Changes and Cancellation

55bd reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any game, service or feature at any time. We will endeavor to provide as much advance notice as possible for significant changes. However, immediate action may be necessary in cases of technical issues or regulatory changes.

In the event of service cancellation, legitimate funds held in the account will be returned in accordance with the relevant rules.

12 Dispute Resolution

If a resolution cannot be reached directly with the support team, both parties will attempt to resolve the matter through a neutral mediator. Any matter relating to these terms and conditions will be governed by applicable law.

13 Miscellaneous Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy together constitute the entire agreement between the user and 55bd and supersede all previous oral or written understandings.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.

13.3 No Waiver

If 55bd does not enforce these terms and conditions in a particular instance, that does not affect its right to enforce that term in the future.

13.4 Language

These terms and conditions have been prepared in Bengali. In the event of any conflict between a translation and the Bengali version, the Bengali version will prevail.
